These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services offered by Manuel Vanzetta ("we", "us") through this website. By booking a session or purchasing a service, the client ("you") agrees to these terms.
1 — Services
Manuel Vanzetta offers individual sessions, group gatherings and awareness-based leadership and growth paths, as well as consulting services for companies and organizations. For the sessions, paths and gatherings published on this website, the format, duration and price shown at the time of purchase apply. For consulting and paths for companies and organizations, the scope, format, duration and price are agreed individually before the start of the engagement.
2 — Booking and Confirmation
Sessions can be booked via the website or directly by contacting us at manuel.vnzt@gmail.com. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment or explicit written confirmation from Manuel Vanzetta.
3 — Pricing and Payment
The prices of the sessions and paths published on the website are those shown at the time of purchase, in Swiss francs (CHF). Manuel Vanzetta is not subject to VAT: the prices shown are final, with no VAT added. Payment is made online at the time of booking or purchase, using the methods shown in the purchase process, and is due before the session. For consulting and paths for companies and organizations, prices are agreed individually and communicated in writing before the start of the work, and payment is made as agreed.
3a — Payments
Payments are made online through Stripe, by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or TWINT. Prices are in CHF and final. Payment is due at the time of booking. Monthly paths (Immersione and Cambio vita) renew with an automatic monthly charge to the payment method you chose, until you stop the renewal from your client area; the month already paid remains valid until its end. Trasformazione is paid in a single payment for three months and does not renew. If a charge fails, the system retries automatically for about 7 days; if the payment still fails, the path is paused. To resume it, write to me: I will send you a link to reactivate the subscription. Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are governed by §4 and §5. For the free online gatherings you may contribute any amount from 5 to 500 CHF: the contribution is optional and is not a condition for taking part. If you choose to contribute, your registration is confirmed once the payment has gone through. If you prefer not to contribute, your registration is confirmed immediately.
4 — Cancellation Policy
Single session: you can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. If you cancel, the session is not refunded, but the payment remains valid as a credit for 45 days: within that time you can book a new appointment. If you reschedule, you can choose a new date within 45 days. Less than 24 hours before, the session can no longer be cancelled or rescheduled and is charged in full. Path sessions (Immersione, Trasformazione and Cambio vita): up to 24 hours before, you can move a session to another time within the same week of the path, or cancel it, which frees that week; no credit is created, and a session not used in its week cannot be made up (§13). Less than 24 hours before, the session can no longer be moved or cancelled. To cancel or reschedule, use the link in the confirmation email or the client area, or write to manuel.vnzt@gmail.com.
5 — Refund Policy
Refunds are not offered except in the following cases: technical errors in the payment process, duplicate charges, or incorrect amounts charged. In these cases, please contact manuel.vnzt@gmail.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.
6 — Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled at no cost if requested at least 24 hours in advance. Requests made with less than 24 hours notice are subject to availability.
7 — Confidentiality
All information shared during sessions is treated with strict confidentiality. Manuel Vanzetta will not disclose any personal or business information shared by the client to third parties without explicit consent.
8 — Limitation of Liability
The services offered are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Manuel Vanzetta is not liable for any decisions made by the client based on session content. Results may vary between individuals.
9 — Intellectual Property
All materials, methodologies and content shared during sessions are the intellectual property of Manuel Vanzetta and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
10 — Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lugano, Switzerland.
11 — Changes
Manuel Vanzetta reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version is always available on this website.

13 — Paths: start, duration and breaks
The period of a path (Immersione, Trasformazione and Cambio vita) starts with the first booked session, and in any case no later than 14 days after payment. If the first session has not been booked within 14 days of payment, the period starts anyway on the fourteenth day and the weeks already elapsed are not made up. Weekly sessions are not cumulative: a session not used during its week cannot be made up. A few weeks of break are planned during the year and communicated in advance. Sessions that do not take place because of a break I decide are made up. You can move or cancel a session up to 24 hours before. Monthly paths renew every month and you can stop the renewal at any time until the day before the renewal date from the client area: the period already paid remains valid until its end and is not refunded.
