These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services offered by Manuel Vanzetta ("we", "us") through this website. By booking a session or purchasing a service, the client ("you") agrees to these terms.
1 — Services
Manuel Vanzetta offers individual and organizational awareness-based leadership sessions and consulting services. The scope, format, duration and pricing of each service are agreed upon individually between the parties before the start of any engagement.
2 — Booking and Confirmation
Sessions can be booked via the website or directly by contacting us at manuel.vnzt@gmail.com. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment or explicit written confirmation from Manuel Vanzetta.
3 — Pricing and Payment
Prices are agreed individually for each engagement and communicated in writing before the start of work. Payment is made via the payment method agreed upon between the parties. Payment is due before the session takes place, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4 — Cancellation Policy
The client may cancel a booked session free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will be charged in full. To cancel, please contact us at manuel.vnzt@gmail.com.
5 — Refund Policy
Refunds are not offered except in the following cases: technical errors in the payment process, duplicate charges, or incorrect amounts charged. In these cases, please contact manuel.vnzt@gmail.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.
6 — Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled at no cost if requested at least 24 hours in advance. Requests made with less than 24 hours notice are subject to availability.
7 — Confidentiality
All information shared during sessions is treated with strict confidentiality. Manuel Vanzetta will not disclose any personal or business information shared by the client to third parties without explicit consent.
8 — Limitation of Liability
The services offered are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Manuel Vanzetta is not liable for any decisions made by the client based on session content. Results may vary between individuals.
9 — Intellectual Property
All materials, methodologies and content shared during sessions are the intellectual property of Manuel Vanzetta and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
10 — Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lugano, Switzerland.
11 — Changes
Manuel Vanzetta reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version is always available on this website.
