This Privacy Policy describes how Manuel Vanzetta ("we", "our") collects, uses and protects the personal data of users of this website, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2 — Data Collected

Via the contact form: name, email address, subject, company name (optional) and message content. Via the newsletter signup form: email address. Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, access times, collected automatically to ensure correct functioning of the website.

3 — Purposes of Processing

Responding to contact requests. Sending the newsletter to users who have explicitly requested it. Ensuring security and correct functioning of the website. Complying with legal obligations.

4 — Legal Basis

Processing is based on the user's consent (for newsletter and contact form) and the legitimate interest of the controller (for technical data necessary for the website's operation).

5 — Data Retention

Contact form data is retained for a maximum of 2 years. Newsletter data is retained until the user unsubscribes.

5b — Newsletter

When you subscribe to the newsletter we store your email address, the subscription date, your language and the page you subscribed from. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of each newsletter email, or by writing to manuel.vnzt@gmail.com. We keep this data until you unsubscribe.

6 — Data Sharing

Personal data is not sold or transferred to third parties. It may be shared with technical service providers acting as data processors.

6b — Booking of sessions and calls (Cal.com)

Bookings are managed through Cal.com, a service provided by Cal.com, Inc. (United States), acting as data processor. When you book, your name, email, chosen time, time zone and any notes you add are processed to create the appointment, send confirmations and reminders, and generate the video-call link (Google Meet). Data may be transferred to the United States with appropriate safeguards required by law, for example standard contractual clauses. Legal basis: performance of the requested service.

6c — Form protection (Google reCAPTCHA)

To protect the forms on this website from spam and abuse we use Google reCAPTCHA (Google LLC, United States). When you submit a form, Google receives technical data, such as your IP address and information about your browser and browsing behavior, to verify that you are not a robot. Legal basis: legitimate interest in protecting the website from abuse and fraud.

6d — Online payments (Stripe and TWINT)

Payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland, and affiliated companies) and, for TWINT payments, also by TWINT AG (Switzerland). When you pay, Stripe processes the data needed for the payment: name, email address, amount, payment method, card or payment-app data, IP address and fraud-prevention data. Card details are entered directly into Stripe's form: this site neither sees nor stores them. The site keeps only what is needed to manage the purchase: name, email, product, amount, date, payment outcome and the identifiers provided by Stripe. Stripe may transfer data outside Switzerland and the European Economic Area, including to the United States, with adequate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses). Legal basis: performance of the contract and legitimate interest in preventing fraud. Accounting and invoicing records are kept for 10 years, as required by law. 8 — Cookies

This website uses technical cookies necessary for its operation and, only with your consent, Google Analytics 4 statistics cookies. We do not use advertising profiling cookies. See our Cookie Policy for more information.

8a — Site statistics (Google Analytics 4)

If you consent, we use Google Analytics 4 for aggregated statistics on how the site is used. Google LLC (United States) processes technical browsing data (for example pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, cookie identifier). Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from the «Cookie preferences» link. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

8b — Recording of group sessions

Group sessions are recorded, with audio and video. The recording therefore also includes the participants' image, which is not published. If I publish a session or part of it, I publish only the participants' voice, and I appear in the video. I publish on the website and on social channels. You can ask me at any time not to publish or to remove one of your contributions, by writing to the contact address indicated in this notice. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
